Collaboration and networks

This line of work is focused on fostering collaborative work between institutions, entities, and professionals in the Euskadi VET system with a network structure.

The main objective of this line is to build and strengthen learning communities formed by players from the Euskadi VET system (institutions, professional families, learning coordinators, educator teams, etc.) by developing projects and transferring knowledge.

This line of work is important because:

• It allows Euskadi VET professionals to remain up-to-date on the latest trends and good practises in each network, sharing knowledge and boosting creativity.
• It fosters the ongoing professional development of institutions, centres, teams, and people involved in Euskadi VET networks in search of excellence.
• It contributes to enriching the culture of collaboration and innovation at Euskadi VET.
• It strengthens the Euskadi VET system through learning communities with the different players who participate in it.
• It allows us to face difficulties form a multidisciplinary perspective.

For network creation and management:

1. We identify spaces of shared interest and design the pertinent networks, highlighting knowledge transfer as an essential purpose of the collaboration.
2. We activate collaboration networks, accompanying in the definition of objectives and operational structures that are aligned with our collaborative work philosophy.
3. We evaluate the development of each network generated in order to effectively respond to the proposed objectives, paying special attention to knowledge transfer processes.
